**MARKETING COORDINATOR WHO MAKES THINGS HAPPEN**
**Who are we?**
Industry is going through its biggest transformation in a hundred years, and it has to move faster than it does today. We come from motorsport, where a thousandth of a second decides the result and where you build the technology, test it for real and tell its story, all at once and under pressure. At PWR Agency, we combine performance discipline with creative energy. Through campaigns that get noticed and strategic networks, we drive our clients’ goals for visibility, sales and recruitment.
**The role**
You will be at the heart of our marketing team. You will work closely with our Head of Marketing and our content creators, who film, edit and produce. They make the material. You make sure it reaches people, in the right channel, at the right time, with the right words. And you help us get better at it every month.
**What you will be responsible for**

**Social media.**
You handle community management and schedule and publish across our social channels.

**Web.**
You keep our website alive with news, case studies and copy. The site is built in Framer.

**Newsletter.**
You run the newsletter, from content to send-out.

**Production flow.**
You take every brief from idea to published together with our content creators, and make sure nothing gets stuck along the way.
**What you need to bring**
– Experience running social channels, websites and newsletters for a company or an agency, with examples to show.
– You write well in both Swedish and English. Most of what we publish is in English.
– You keep a calendar and meet deadlines without anyone having to remind you.
– You know your way around Discord and TikTok as well as the classic social channels.
– You stay calm when the pace is high and the plan changes. You see the problem, solve it and move on to the next one.
Nice to have: You can edit a story yourself when needed. You do not need to know anything about motorsport.
**How we work**
Nothing is impossible, but everyone has to deliver. We are a small team with a high pace, and whoever steps up gets to take the wheel. If you want to hide behind a team, this is not the place. If you want to point at a piece of what we are building and say “that part is mine”, it is the right place.

**Employment:**
with PWR Agency, permanent, full-time, starting with a six-month probationary period.

**Location:**
Stockholm, with travel to shoots and events when needed.

1 January 2027
