**Role Description**
The Junior GTM Engineer is a full-time hybrid role based in Malmö, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. This role supports go-to-market initiatives by translating customer and prospect needs into effective technical solutions using Gainable’s platform and connected tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring data connections, building and testing lightweight apps, assisting with demos and proofs of concept, and troubleshooting user issues in collaboration with sales and customer success teams. The Junior GTM Engineer will document solutions, create simple technical guides, and provide feedback to product and engineering to improve workflows and features. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys working across business and technical teams, learning modern SaaS tools, and contributing directly to revenue and customer outcomes.
**Qualifications**
- Ability to work with data tools such as spreadsheets and CRM systems, including basic data modeling, cleaning, and transformation.
- Foundational understanding of web technologies or APIs, with interest in learning how to connect and configure SaaS platforms.
- Strong collaboration skills to work closely with go-to-market teams in sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues, test solutions, and iterate quickly.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Malmö, with the discipline to manage tasks both on-site and remotely.
- Relevant education or hands-on experience in fields such as business, engineering, computer science, information systems, or similar.
- Interest in startups, SaaS products, and no-code/low-code tools; prior experience in a tech or product-led company is a plus.
