Handyman is a well-established field service management platform used by more than 45,000 people across Europe. Technicians and service teams rely on it every day to plan, manage and document their work.
As Handyman brings its international teams closer together and develops more consistent ways of working, we are looking for a Project Manager for the Swedish market who can take ownership of customer projects and bring structure and momentum from handover to go-live.
Once a project is handed over, it is yours. You will create the plan, coordinate customers and internal teams, document decisions, manage scope and progress, present solutions and make sure nothing important falls between the cracks.
**What you will do**
**This is not a role where you simply schedule meetings, update a project plan and wait for others to deliver.**
You need to stay close to both the customer, colleagues and the solution, take ownership of the details and keep the project moving.
You will:
- Own customer projects from handover to go-live
- Manage project plans, scope, timelines, risks and actions
- Lead customer meetings and present solutions
- Follow up customers and internal teams and drive actions to completion
- Keep decisions, changes and progress properly documented
- Carry out basic setup and configuration of Handyman
- Plan and deliver end-user training
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product and technical colleagues
- Spot opportunities where Handyman can create more value for the customer
**What we are looking for**
Experience from project management, customer delivery or a similar role within B2B software or SaaS is a strong advantage, but we are open to different levels of seniority. What matters more is your drive and how you work.
We are looking for someone structured, pragmatic and comfortable taking responsibility. Someone who can work independently, but who also collaborates well with customers and colleagues across teams.
Good documentation and follow-up should come naturally. You should keep control of your projects, make sure actions are followed through and be comfortable speaking up or challenging people when needed.
A commercial mindset is also valuable. You do not need to be a salesperson, but you should understand scope, customer value and be able to recognise opportunities where Handyman can create more value.
Fluent Swedish and English are required. German is a plus.
**Why Handyman?**
Handyman combines an established product and customer base with an organisation that is still evolving.
Teams are working more closely across countries, ways of working are being improved and there is real room to influence how projects are delivered.
You are not joining a company where everything needs to be built from scratch, but there is still plenty of opportunity to make things better and have a real say in how things are done.
For someone who enjoys a challenge, takes ownership and likes improving things as they go, this is a role where you can make a real difference.
