As a consultant, you will play a key role in enabling data-driven initiatives by building robust, scalable, and high-quality data pipelines. You will work with modern platforms and technologies in an environment characterized by large and complex datasets, where well-functioning pipelines are essential for analytics and decision-making.
In this role, you will develop and maintain pipelines for data ingestion, storage, and processing, while ensuring performance, data quality, and accessibility for analysts and business stakeholders. You will also work with advanced data modeling and transformation to support reporting and further analysis.
The role involves a high degree of ownership, where you will drive best practices in code structure, data modeling, and documentation.
You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, other development teams, source system owners, and our data and information architects. To succeed in this role, you should enjoy taking ownership, working independently, and contributing to a professional and sustainable data architecture.
**Must-have Requirements**
- Extensive experience with Jinja SQL / dbt
- Extensive experience with Terraform
- Experience with GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Dataflow, Cloud Run services / Cloud Run jobs, Cloud Build)
- Experience with GitHub CI/CD
- Experience with Kafka or similar event-streaming platforms
- Solid understanding of data warehousing and data modeling, e.g., Kimball
- Experience with BigQuery/pipeline optimization
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
**Nice-to-have Qualifications**
- Python
- Platform administration tasks (IAM)
- Experience with AI-assisted development, for example using Copilot or Claude
- Fluent Swedish, both written and spoken
