***SENNA is hiring Junior and Senior Project Managers***

**SENNA** is an Engineering & IT firm operating in Sweden. We are looking for junior and senior Project Managers in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Mälardalen.

You will bring structure, engage stakeholders and move technical projects forward within engineering, product development, industrial operations or IT. Your responsibilities and the complexity of the projects will reflect your background and experience.

**Responsibilities**

- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and plans.
- Coordinate teams, suppliers and stakeholders.
- Manage schedules, budgets, resources and dependencies.
- Identify risks, resolve issues and manage changes.
- Communicate progress and support decisions through clear reporting.
- Follow up on delivery, quality and project outcomes.

**Qualifications**

- A relevant degree in Engineering, IT, Project Management or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of project planning, stakeholder management and risk management.
- The ability to coordinate people across different functions.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Swedish is an advantage.

For junior candidates, we value a solid foundation in project coordination, curiosity and a willingness to learn.

Senior candidates should bring proven experience managing technical projects and the ability to take ownership of scope, budget and delivery.

- An engineering or IT background, experience with agile, traditional or hybrid project methods, and certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or IPMA are particularly relevant.

Lön: 40 000,00kr - 75 000,00kr per månad
