**Overview**

We are seeking experienced tour guides to lead engaging tours for diverse groups of travelers. As a Tour Guide, you’ll design and deliver memorable city tours, adapt to guest interests, and provide outstanding service.

**Duties**

- Design custom itineraries showcasing your city’s highlights and lesser-known attractions
- Lead small and large group tours, sharing stories and insights in an engaging manner
- Prioritize guest satisfaction, responding to their questions and needs
- Offer unique recommendations and tips to enrich the travel experience
- Adapt and innovate to ensure each tour is unique and memorable

- Strong public speaking abilities to confidently address groups of varying sizes.
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all guests.
- Effective time management skills to adhere to tour schedules while accommodating guest needs.
