## **Test Engineers**
We are looking for skilled **Test Engineers** to join our team in Gothenburg. As a consultant, you will work with one of our many exciting clients, giving you the opportunity to contribute to innovative projects and collaborate with leading companies, primarily within the automotive industry.
**The role**
As a Test Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring software and system quality through testing at both system and function level. You will work with testing on vehicles, HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) rigs, and hardware components, as well as supporting test automation and overall testing strategies.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Execute **smoke, regression, system, and function-level testing** on vehicles, HIL rigs, and hardware components
- Create, maintain, and manage **test cases, test structures, and verdicts**
- Support **testing strategies, system safety testing, and reporting** such as SWRS
- Support **test automation** through manual in-car testing activities
- Document test results and ensure **traceability and quality**
- Troubleshoot issues, analyze test results, and collaborate with development teams
You should have strong problem-solving skills, a structured approach to testing, and a positive, can-do attitude. A genuine interest in vehicles and automotive technology is a big plus.
**Qualifications**
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering, Computer Science, or another relevant field
- Valid **Swedish B driving license**
- Relevant experience in **software, system, or automotive testing**, preferably with vehicles, HIL, or hardware
- Experience with **smoke, regression, and system/function-level testing**
- Experience with **test case management and traceability**
- Knowledge of **CANoe, CANalyzer, automotive diagnostics, dSpace, and/or MATLAB/Simulink** is meriting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and proactive approach
