**Role Description**
This is a freelance, on-site role for Technical Support Engineers based in any part of Europe. The Technical Support Engineer will perform tasks such as diagnosing technical issues, resolving hardware and software problems, providing end-user support, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves troubleshooting network and system issues, ensuring timely assistance for user queries, servers and documenting solutions for future reference.
**Qualifications**
- Technical Support expertise, including proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system or network issues
- Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with an emphasis on effective communication and problem resolution
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, common operating systems, and networking concepts
- Experience (at least 1 year) in a technical support role (or similar) is required
- Proficiency in English is required; additional local language skills are a plus
- Certifications in IT Support or related fields (e.g., A+, Network+, or comparable courses) are beneficial
