**About the role**

We are looking for a
**Tech Lead Backend Engineer**
to join our
**Stockholm office.**
This role is ideal for someone experienced who wants to deliver real impact today while preparing to take on more responsibility in the future.

We are looking for a senior,
**hands‑on engineer**
with strong
**Java backend**
skills who contributes to architecture decisions, takes ownership of code quality, supports and mentors teammates, and stays actively involved in everyday development work.

**Qualifications**

• Extensive experience in
