We are currently seeking an experienced and technically proficient
**System Administrator**
to join a dedicated team supporting production-critical IT environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for system administration, operational stability, automation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of business-critical systems. This role offers an opportunity to work across both operational and development-oriented activities while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer, operate, monitor, and maintain Windows and Linux server environments
- Automate operational processes using scripting tools such as
**PowerShell and Azure DevOps**
- Troubleshoot technical issues and manage incidents in production environments
- Install, configure, update, and continuously improve systems and services
- Manage integrations and data flows between different systems
- Support security-related activities and system updates
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
- Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in
**System Administration**
or a comparable technical operations/support role
- Strong knowledge of
**Windows and Linux server administration**
- Practical experience with
**scripting, automation, SQL, and database management**
- Basic understanding of
**networking concepts**
- Experience working in environments with high availability and operational requirements
- Experience with
**Privileged Access Management (PAM)**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
- Proactive, technically curious, and improvement-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting
**production-critical or business-critical systems**
- Experience with
**CheckMK monitoring**
, log management, or performance optimization
- Experience working with
**Jira and Agile/Sprint methodologies**
- Experience with
**ServiceNow and IT service management processes**
