Job Responsibilities
As a Support Employee, you work to provide technical support and guidance to Klipboard's customers who use their business system DäckData. You are an important part of the support team and handle incoming cases via support portal, email and telephone. The role suits you who are solution-oriented, service-oriented and thrive in a dynamic environment where every customer contact is a chance to make a difference.
Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email and phone with a high level of service
Send out accessories and equipment to customers
Work proactively to follow up and resolve issues
Ensure that cases are handled according to the company's SLA
Education, experience and personal qualities
Customer service experience
Good computer skills
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Meritorious with experience in inside sales
Meritorious with experience from the industry
To thrive in the role, you are service-oriented, proactive and communicative. You have a genuine interest in technology and customer satisfaction and work in a structured manner even when the pace is high. You are also curious about developing and improving processes, both on your own and together with the team.

Start : Immediately with consideration for notice period
Location : Malmö (hybrid, 3 days in the office and the possibility of 2 days at home)
