About the position

This is a full-time consulting assignment that lasts 6 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at our client company. There are good opportunities to extend the assignment.

The assignment period will be a mutual trial period where you as a consultant have the same security as an employee. For those of you who are new to the job market, consulting assignments are a good way to test different assignments, make contacts and build a competitive CV.

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will hold meetings to help new and existing customers connect to a new switchboard solution. You will be scheduled to hold meetings by appointment bookers, which gives you the opportunity to focus on providing a good customer experience. You are expected to take the time to prepare carefully for each customer meeting. During the meetings, you will help the customer get started with the program, go through how the new service works, and answer any questions and concerns. The meetings are held via Microsoft Teams, and you are expected to have 5-6 meetings per day. When you start the service, you will receive a thorough introduction to the working method and the product.

Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written
Work experience in service
Meritorious with technical education/experience/interest
