Business Retail & Digital Solutions purpose is to deliver great customer value and to build the digital bank by providing rapid IT development & reliable, maintainable solutions for the future. We are the Digital Channels department, and we are in the epicenter of the bank's total digital transformation. Our work has great impact!
About the role
You will work with 2nd line support for our external and internal customer-facing channels. Being a part of this team, you will contribute to a highly efficient and reliable support process, analyze technical incidents and work with continuous improvements. You will work in close collaboration both within the support team and agile teams cross SEB.
You will be part of Business Retail & Digital Solutions which is a divisional support function within Retail & Group Functions. We are in an ongoing change journey and provide business oriented and cost-efficient IT development, maintenance, and support to our customers.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
• You have experience from working with technical support and/or have an IT administration role today.
• We believe your communication skills are great, you are service minded and customer oriented, self-driven, motivated team-player, willing to share knowledge, help others and accept help.
• You are analytical, flexible, capable of adapting to a changing environment and eager to take on new challenges.
• You will have many contact areas and should therefore be able to communicate well both in Swedish and English.
• Experience and knowledge of databases (Oracle, MSSQL) would be an advantage.
