**Job Description**

A Studio Assistant is an entry-level role that helps a creative studio run smoothly day-to-day. It’s a mix of hands-on, creative, and administrative work.

**Main duties**

**Typical responsibilities include:**

**Fashion / creative tasks**

Assist designers with garments, fabrics, and samples

Help with fittings, sewing, steaming, and preparation

Create or organize mood boards and design materials

Support photoshoots or fashion shows

**Studio operations**

Organize materials, stock, and equipment

Pack and ship orders (common in small brands)

Keep the studio clean and organized

**Admin & coordination**

Manage schedules, deliveries, and emails

Prepare meeting spaces or assist visitors

Help coordinate with suppliers and teams

**Skills required**

Strong organization & multitasking

Interest in fashion or creative work

Basic sewing or textile knowledge (often preferred)

Communication and teamwork skills

Attention to detail.
