Job responsibilities
In the role of specialist salesperson, you are responsible for driving and developing the sales of professional lighting solutions and evidence-based lighting control - with a particular focus on the healthcare sector . You work independently throughout the entire sales process - from identifying new business opportunities to developing quotations and following up on completed projects.
Your customers and partners include hospitals, healthcare facilities, long-term care homes and elderly homes. You also have regular contact with technical consultants, architects, regulatory authorities, and major property owners and operators in the healthcare sector. A central part of the role is to build and further develop long-term relationships with key people within the hospital sector - such as MT coordinators, medical technology departments (MTA), property functions and clinical staff - with the goal of creating trust, long-term value and shared success.
Together with project managers and purchasers, you are involved in major construction and installation projects, where the lighting environment is of crucial importance for both the work environment and patient safety. Sales work is focused on complex and specialized healthcare environments, such as intensive care units (ICUs), operating rooms, psychiatric units, nursing homes and nursing homes. In your daily work, you also collaborate with external partners, retailers and direct-buying customers - for example, real estate companies and their tenants - where you work proactively to create, maintain and strengthen business relationships.
The role means that you:
• Drive and develop sales in the healthcare sector
• Build trusting and long-term customer relationships
• Manage the entire sales process
• Further develop your expertise in light, health and technology through training and continuous knowledge exchange within the team
Education, experience and personal qualities
• Several years of experience in technical B2B or B2G sales in Sweden, preferably in medical technology, lighting, construction or real estate
• Experience in sales to direct-buying customers and/or sales through partners
• Good understanding of the healthcare sector's specific requirements for circadian rhythm, hygiene, ergonomics and work environment is an asset
• Good computer skills, especially of business and CRM systems
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
