Areas of responsibility
As a company doctor, you have a key role in promoting health and preventing ill health in our customers' workplaces. Your duties include:
Occupational medicine and rehabilitation - support for managers and employees in work capacity assessments and rehabilitation processes.
Medical checks & certificates - according to current legislation.
Advice & consultation - within health, work environment and rehabilitation.
Alcohol and drug-related matters - assessment and management of risky use/abuse.
Training in the areas mentioned above, among others.
You have an important medical expert role but also a consultative assignment where we work for both individuals, groups and organizations.
Qualifications
Licensed physician with specialist expertise in occupational health care, occupational medicine or general medicine with a strong interest in working life and health. Merit if you have MRO competence.
Solution-focused and confident in your professional role.
Independent but also a strong team player.
Business-like and consultative in your approach.
Communicative and relationship-building, both with customers and colleagues.
