### **Job Summary**

We are seeking a proactive Sourcing Associate to support our recruitment efforts in Japan. This role focuses on sourcing qualified candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, BizReach, and other local job boards, while also providing administrative support to ensure a smooth hiring process.

You will work closely with the Recruiting team to build strong talent pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment documentation.

### **A Day in the Life Typically Includes:**

- Source candidates on LinkedIn, BizReach, and other local Japanese platforms
- Screen profiles and share qualified candidates with recruiters
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Coordinate interview scheduling and communication with candidates
- Assist with job postings across multiple platforms
- Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for the team
- Support ad-hoc administrative tasks related to hiring

### **Basic Qualifications:**

- 1+ year of experience in recruitment sourcing or administrative support
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Japanese job boards (e.g., BizReach)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese and English
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
