We’re looking for a Solution Architect & Pre-Sales Engineer who thrives on combining technical expertise with customer interaction, guiding customers and partners to the absolute best solutions (yes, we’re that confident). You will be a technical advisor and inspiring force, unlocking Sitevision’s full potential by analyzing needs, translating technical capabilities into solutions, and contributing to our innovation and product development.

**This involves**
- Communicating technical possibilities and best practices to customers, partners, and internal teams, while supporting Customer Success and Sales in technical discussions and workshops
- Creating concepts, solution proposals, and proof of concepts that combine innovation with smart simplicity, while demonstrating the best use of Sitevision
- Acting as a bridge between technical needs from customers and product development, ensuring that Sitevision continues to evolve and exceed expectations from a product perspective as well as customer perception
The role is a part of the Swedish team and we have offices across Sweden, so your location is not that important. The position does, however, include business travel with overnight stays.
**Your profile**
We believe you have a passion for creating smart, user-friendly solutions and thrive in a role where technology meets business. You are analytical, proactive, and driven by delivering value to customers. You are also self-sufficient and comfortable working closely with customers, engaging in meaningful dialogues to understand their needs and guide them toward the best solutions.
**You are:**
- Experienced with Sitevision, having worked on multiple implementations and deeply understanding how to leverage the platform’s potential
- Skilled at designing solutions that are both technically well-thought-out and user-friendly
- Proficient in web development technologies such as JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS
- Comfortable in a consultative role, engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Good at communicating with everyone from C level to operational stakeholders
- Familiar with Figma or similar tools to effectively visualize ideas (a plus)
- Fluent in Swedish and English
