- Solid experience building and shipping products end-to-end
- Strong skills in modern frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend development (Python/Node.js)
- Solid understanding of software design principles and writing scalable, performant code

**What You’ll Do**

Build the core Alva experience and take it to the next level.
- Design, build, and maintain features across the stack — frontend, backend, and infrastructure
- Take ownership of features end-to-end: from technical design to implementation, deployment, and iteration
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, designers, ML engineers, and product managers to turn ideas into intuitive product experiences
- Drive projects through the full lifecycle: planning, shipping, learning, and improving
