- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Capable of handling multiple projects or tasks in parallel

**Meritorious:**

- Additional ServiceNow certifications
- Experience with large, complex regions
- Experience with ServiceNow on-prem
- Experience with older ServiceNow instances
- Total ServiceNow experience
- On-prem upgrade experience
