Coalesce Management Consultancy (CMC) has a consulting assignment available for an experienced
**Embedded Software Architect**
to work on a project in
**Stockholm, Sweden.**

**About the role**

We’re strengthening our embedded platform organisation with an experienced System Architect/ Software Architect who can drive architecture forward and coordinate multiple software teams around a shared platform. The platform is used across several products, and we’re building it for reuse in future product generations.

**What you’ll do:**

- Coordinate and align multiple software teams working on a shared embedded platform
- Own and evolve architecture: principles, roadmap, decision-making, and technical direction
- Support teams in turning requirements into robust platform solutions (documentation + guidance)
- Drive collaboration using Jira/Confluence and clear ways of working

**What we’re looking for:**

- Senior experience (typically 8+ years) in embedded software and architecture
- Strong understanding of embedded Android (platform level)- not app development
- Proven hands-on background → architect/technical lead progression
- Experience from large/complex embedded systems and cross-team coordination

**Nice to have**

- AOSP/BSP/HAL knowledge, device drivers, Linux/Android build systems (e.g., Yocto/Soong/Bazel), CI/CD for embedded
- Experience with platform reuse across multiple products

**Logistics:**

- Location: Stockholm (onsite)
- Start: ideally within 1–2 months for the right profile
