About the position
This is a temporary position for 12 months at 72% to start with. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Uppsala Taxi. There is a good chance that Uppsala Taxi will offer you a job with them in the long term. This gives both you and them a good opportunity to get to know each other and evaluate how you enjoy your collaboration.
About the company
Uppsala Taxi 100 000 AB has served Uppsala's residents with taxis 24 hours a day since 1926 and is the largest taxi company in Uppsala. They have 130 cars driving in Uppsala and the surrounding area daily. They are at the forefront when it comes to traffic management systems. The switchboard is open 24 hours a day and you can book your taxi by phone, online or in their app.
Job duties
The job duties include receiving bookings from customers via telephone and email. Calls are received from customers who need to book various forms of transport, which you enter into the company's computer system. Bookings received via email and other systems are not always complete and you therefore ensure that you receive all the information needed for the booking to be complete. Working hours are arranged in different shifts and you have a rolling schedule where there are both day, evening, night and weekend shifts. You belong to a team that is characterized by a good atmosphere where you help and support each other in various issues. You are offered an introduction to create an understanding of the company's working methods and systems. You will, among other things, be given a map of the city and take various tests during the introduction.
Education, experience and personal qualities
Completed upper secondary education
You can express yourself well in speech and writing in both Swedish and English
Meritorious work experience as a customer service representative or similar
Good local knowledge is an asset
As a person, you are attentive, accommodating and like to help others. You always put the customer in focus and spend time creating good contact with them. To thrive in this role, you like to work at a fast pace and can handle a high workload without affecting the quality of what you do. You always take great responsibility for your tasks and rarely miss details because you plan your work in a structured way.
