**Role: Senior Test Manager**

6–12 Months (B2B/ Freelance contract)

**Key Responsibilities**

**Test Strategy & Planning**

- Define end-to-end test strategy, scope, objectives, and governance across ST, SIT, FAT, and UAT.
- Align test timelines with programme milestones and global rollout plans.
- Establish necessary test tools, data, resources, and environments.

**Test Preparation & Execution**

- Lead hands-on creation of test scenarios, scripts, and data.
- Execute and oversee testing across all phases ensuring complete functional and integration coverage.
- Manage the full defect lifecycle: triage, prioritisation, RCA, and closure.
- Maintain documentation, evidence, and compliance readiness.

**Leadership & Stakeholder Management**

- Mentor Test Coordinators and testers across multiple streams.
- Collaborate with Business, Product, Solution, Integration, and Delivery teams.
- Report metrics, progress, risks, dependencies, and defect analytics.
- Lead daily stand-ups, checkpoints, and triage sessions.

**Continuous Improvement**

- Improve test processes, templates, traceability structures, and quality standards.
- Identify optimisation, reuse, and automation opportunities.

**Skills & Competencies**

- In-depth understanding of full testing lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Strong hands-on testing capability and execution leadership.
- Proficiency with test management tools (JIRA, Zephyr, ALM, or similar).
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
