We are now looking for a driven and technically skilled AI & Automation Specialist to help us design and implement smart workflows and scalable systems.

**Role Overview**
As an AI & Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing AI-driven workflows and automation systems. You will work with APIs, automation platforms, and AI tools to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Design and implement automation workflows
- Integrate AI tools (e.g., GPT-based systems) into business operations
- Connect and manage APIs (CRM, email systems, databases, etc.)
- Optimize and maintain automation systems
- Document workflows and ensure scalability
- Identify inefficiencies and propose technical solutions

**Required Qualifications**

- Experience with automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make or similar)
- Understanding of APIs and webhooks
- Experience working with AI tools and language models
- Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Experience building internal automation systems
- Familiarity with cloud services
- Experience with database management

**Language Requirements**

- Fluent English (required)
- Swedish is a plus

**Employment Type**

Full-time (alternative: contract-based depending on candidate)

**Compensation**

Initial project-based compensation followed by hourly rate agreement. Competitive pay based on experience.
