**Senior SAS Data Analyst – Real‑World Data & Epidemiology**

Are you passionate about real‑world evidence, epidemiologic research, and working with rich Nordic registry data? We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join a growing Real‑World Data & Scientific Solutions team supporting impactful observational and clinical research studies.

**About the Role**
In this senior, hands‑on analytical position, you will lead programming and statistical activities for retrospective and prospective RWE studies using Swedish and Nordic national health and population registries. You’ll collaborate closely with epidemiologists, statisticians, and project teams to design analyses, implement high‑quality code, and deliver insights that support healthcare decision‑making.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Implement cohort selection, variable derivation, data management, and statistical analyses using SAS (and occasionally R or Python) for complex epidemiologic studies.
- Contribute to study design by reviewing protocols, statistical analysis plans, and programming specifications; perform double programming and ensure adherence to Good Programming Practices and QA/QC standards.
- Serve as a client‑facing analyst—presenting results, managing timelines, reviewing work from junior team members, and contributing to internal tools, documentation, and training materials.

**What We’re Looking For**

- Degree in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Health Economics, or a related field.
- Extensive SAS programming skills (Base, Stat, Macro, Proc SQL) and experience working with large‑scale
**registry, claims, or EMR/EHR data**
.
- Solid understanding of epidemiologic methods and quantitative research.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable interacting directly with clients.
