We are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 Engineer (for our client), who combines strong technical expertise with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and integrating Dynamics 365 solutions, primarily within CRM and Field Service domains, ensuring solutions are aligned with business needs and objectives.


**Key Responsibilities**

- Design and develop solutions across Dynamics 365 CRM and Field Service modules
- Build, customize, and maintain backend services, integrations, and plugins within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem
- Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs and execution plans
- Act as a bridge between IT and business by facilitating workshops, discussions, and solution demonstrations
- Contribute to solution architecture, customization strategies, and deployment best practices
- Ensure solution quality, stability, and scalability through proactive issue management and continuous improvement

**Required Skills & Experience**

- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer, Engineer, or Solution Architect
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM and Field Service functionality
- Solid background in C#, .NET, Power Platform, and integration technologies such as REST APIs, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions
- Hands-on experience developing custom plugins, workflows, and backend logic in Dynamics 365
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
