Our client, a leading bank in the Nordics, is looking for a
**Senior**
**AI**
**Platform/Data Engineer**
to join their Advanced Analytics & AI department in a crucial role to drive their business forward by building and operating data & AI/ML solutions as they are on a mission to lead the industry in Advanced Analytics & AI, by delivering superior products and services as well as a great experience to their customers.

In this role, you’ll leverage statistics, AI/ML and cutting edge technologies to deliver business value across content diffrent areas from personalization, product development to their business strategy.

Leveraging your On-Prem & Cloud platform experience, you'll be working alongside a team of talented engineers with expertise in Software Development, Machine Learning, and Data Engineering. This is your opportunity to lead, innovate, and drive meaningful impact in a great environment.

**What You’ll Do:**

- Lead the development, extension, and smooth operation of their platform, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
- Play a key role in adding new features, improving infrastructure, and leading implementations from start to finish.
- Shape the future of Data, AI/ML, DevOps and SRE in their Advanced Analytics & AI department, becoming a thought leader and go-to expert.

**What You Bring:**

- **4+ years**
of experience as a
**Data Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or ML Engineer**
.
- Strong software development skills with a deep understanding of
**system design**
.
- Expertise in building and managing
**data pipelines, data modeling/-orchestration/-validation**
with tools like
**dbt, Prefect,**
and
**Spark**
.
- Proficiency in
**Python**
and
**SQL**
.
- Experience with
**containerized**
**development**
in a
**Linux**
environment.
- Familiarity with
**test-driven development**
practices.
- Practical knowledge of
**ML model deployment**
and
**MLOps**
.
- Experience with
**infrastructure-as-code**
tools such as
**Terraform**
and
**Ansible**
.
- A
**Master’s degree**
in a technical field (or equivalent) is preferred, but not essential.
