**Requirements**
The successful candidate must be at least 18 years old, have completed a minimum level of high school education, and possess excellent English skills equivalent to Berlitz level B2 or gymnasium minimum B. A valid EU passport permitting unrestricted worldwide travel is required, along with eligibility to live and work permanently in Sweden. Candidates must have a height between 160 cm and 190 cm, good physical and mental health, and good vision (corrected or uncorrected to +/- 0.7). The ability to pass health certification, including drug and alcohol testing, as well as strong swimming skills, is essential. Compliance with uniform regulations and a clean criminal record are mandatory, and applicants must be willing to undergo a five-year background check at the time of employment.
**For experienced Cabin Crew**
, a valid EASA Attestation with a minimum of 12 months of continuous flying in the last four years is required. A valid EASA Cabin Crew Medical Certificate is also necessary, and previous experience as a senior cabin crew member will be considered an advantage.
