**SAP Business Architect, Order to Cash**
**Experience:**
10 to 15 years overall IT, with 5 or more years hands-on in SAP order to cash.

On-site at Sodertalje, Sweden.
**Role Summary**
We are looking for a hands-on SAP Business Architect to own the order to cash process within a multi-year SAP transformation programme. This is not a purely solution architect role but the person will have a strong SAP solution architect or technical background and must operate from a broader business perspective, owning the process end to end and driving change management across business units.
This is a hands-on delivery role rather than a supervisory one. The successful candidate personally designs, documents, and drives the process rather than delegating the work to others.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Own the end to end order to cash business process design for the commercial business.
- Set up commercial order flows in SAP and configure the process to match agreed business rules.
- Work closely with finance on the financial model being implemented, keeping the commercial flow and the financial design aligned.
- Maintain the link to plan to fulfill so that available to promise behaves correctly across the order flow.
- Secure a consistent order to cash flow across a two ERP landscape, including the link to Microsoft Dynamics 365 used for wholesale and retail.
- Document and maintain the process model in ARIS using BPMN 2.0, and keep it current as the design evolves.
- Act as the business counterpart to the IT-side solution architect, translating business intent into implementable process design.
- Facilitate design workshops, resolve design conflicts, and take decisions at process level across several business units and alongside the global implementation partner.
- Drive change management and business adoption of the new process.
- Personally execute the analysis, design, and documentation work, and transfer knowledge to the permanent organisation.
**Required Skills and Experience**
- 10 to 15 years in IT, with 5 or more years hands-on in SAP order to cash.
- Deep SAP background with demonstrable ability to set up commercial order flows, covering sales order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and credit management.
- Genuine techno-functional depth, with the ability to work at configuration and integration level rather than at presentation level only.
- Strong working interface with finance, covering revenue recognition, financial postings, and the integration between the commercial flow and the finance model.
- Practical understanding of the link from order to cash into plan to fulfill and manufacturing planning, specifically for available to promise.
- Experience of operating in a multi ERP landscape and keeping a single business process consistent across two systems.
- Structured business process documentation and modelling in ARIS using BPMN 2.0, with the discipline to keep the model current through a live programme.
- Strong technical background in SAP.
- Proven change management capability in a multi stakeholder environment.
- Track record of individual delivery in a programme environment: an executor rather than a programme manager.
**Nice to Have**
- Automotive and commercial vehicle manufacturing domain experience, covering trucks, buses, and industrial power solutions.
- Familiarity with automotive make to order logic based on product individuals rather than articles.
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 in wholesale and retail order flows.
- Experience on large SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes delivered with a global implementation partner in a multi vendor setup.
- Working knowledge of Swedish.
