SAP Analytics Cloud Support Consultant
We are working with a fast-growing tech company looking to strengthen their SAP Analytics Cloud capability. They are seeking an SAP Analytics Cloud Support Consultant to provide day-to-day operational support, ensure data reliability, and assist business users with reporting and planning activities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working close to the business, supporting end users, and maintaining high-quality analytics solutions in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for SAP Analytics Cloud users across the organisation
- Monitor dashboards, data refreshes, and data connections to ensure accuracy and availability
- Troubleshoot issues related to SAC reports, models, and data integration
- Support users with access issues, performance challenges, and report errors
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams to resolve incidents and service requests
- Maintain and update existing reports and data models based on evolving business requirements
- Assist with testing activities during SAC upgrades, patches, or system changes
- Prepare and maintain support documentation including issue logs, resolutions, and FAQs
- Deliver minor enhancements such as adding new fields, updating charts, and adjusting filters
- Support business users during month-end and quarter-end reporting or planning cycles
Required Skills and Experience
- Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud in a support or operational role
- Strong understanding of dashboards, models, data connections, and refresh processes
- Experience troubleshooting reporting, performance, and data-related issues
- Familiarity with user access management and basic security concepts in SAC
- Ability to work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Strong documentation and communication skills
