**Role Description**

This is a volunteer and remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will engage in identifying and developing potential leads, building strong customer relationships, and facilitating successful sales processes. The role includes delivering exceptional customer service, providing training to enhance client understanding of products, and contributing to sales strategy and management. The individual will also be responsible for achieving targets and ensuring client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience with an ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Experience in Training and mentoring clients or team members on products and sales techniques.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software or sales management tools is a plus.
- Passion for learning, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
