To strengthen our Back-of-House team in our Stockholm store, we are now recruiting a Sales and Service Support.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage till operations, including opening/closing and reconciliation
- Review and comment on relevant reports in internal tool
- Complete files in desktop application for aftersales
- Prepare products for repair shipments and follow up with customers
- Manage customer service, including order sourcing, validation, and notifications
- Process remote sales payments and follow up with customers
- Order, follow up, and assign staff uniforms
Profile:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales and customer service required
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English required
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer applications
