**Role Description**
The Reporter role at Naveeksha Automation is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Stockholm Metropolitan Area. The Reporter will research, gather, and verify information about the company’s projects, services, and industry developments, and produce clear and accurate news-style content. Day-to-day tasks include conducting interviews with internal teams and clients, attending relevant events or site visits, and developing written reports and articles for internal and external communication channels. The role involves collaborating with multimedia and marketing teams to create engaging stories and features that highlight the organization’s work and impact. The Reporter is expected to manage deadlines, maintain high editorial standards, and ensure coverage is balanced, factual, and aligned with the company’s values.

**Qualifications**

- Strong reporting and news writing skills, with the ability to research, verify facts, and produce accurate, timely content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear, structured writing and effective interview techniques.
- Experience with multimedia content (such as basic photo, audio, or video) to support stories across multiple platforms.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex technical information in accessible language.
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with proven ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working on-site and conducting field reporting in engineering or technology-related settings; prior experience in technical or business reporting is an advantage.
