The position is permanent, full-time (40 hours/week). Our Head Office is in Gothenburg where part of the team working with our stores is located. This position has a hybrid work set-up, based remotly from home office and travels are required.

Your role in our team


In the role as Regional Manager, you are responsible for developing and ensuring customer experience and sales goals in the region. You have full personnel responsibility for approx. 25-30 Store Sales Managers. Stores within your responsibility is situated in Stockholm area and northern part of Sweden.

- Drive the regions development, commercial performance and profitability as part of Lindex’s growth journey
- Inspire, coach and motivate the Store Sales Managers so that, together, you make our customers feel their best
- Ensure and enable the development of high performing engaged team in stores
- Ensure, enable, follow up and develop centrally decides initiative and sales activities in store in your region.

**Skills**
You’re a driven, customer obsessed, business-oriented leader who leads by example – through your love for fashion. You have great leadership and communication skills and motivating and developing your team to achieve great results comes naturally to you. You combine strong retail operational skills with a forward-looking mindset and testing new approaches. To effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is a common part of your workday. Leading yourself, being active in your own development and always staying on your toes to find the best solution are all things you know well. This also sounds like you:



- Secondary education
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a leadership position within retail.
- Experience in working with financial KPI’s follow-up and driving actions based on performance
- Good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Strong digital competence
- Driver license
