**As a Recruiter, you will:**

- **Proactively source and identify skilled professionals across a variety of industries. You will be responsible for referring experts to join LLM data training projects, offering them fully remote and flexible work opportunities.**

We are looking for someone who brings both recruiting expertise and strong communication skills:

- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally across multiple industries.
- Experience hiring in the Netherlands, Belgium (Flanders), Suriname, Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten, and other Dutch-speaking territories worldwide.
- Native or bilingual Swedish proficiency.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage candidates persuasively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independen
