**About the role:**
Are you interested in quality and technology, and do you have experience of automation and AI within HR tech? Do you enjoy acting as the link between technology and business – and would you like to lead efforts to improve and streamline services for our clients?

At SD Worx, we are looking for a customer-focused and driven Quality and Improvement Manager for a newly created role. You will play a key role in leading and developing our work to streamline and optimise our deliveries – always with customer value and quality at the forefront.
**Which tasks can you expect?**
As Quality and Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and supporting our teams with skills and responsibility of automation and improvement
- Leading the development of Swedish AI and automation strategy
- Identifying processes and areas where automation and AI can have the greatest impact for our clients and SD Worx
- Driving and prioritising initiatives in collaboration with the business
- Ensuring quality-assured and documented processes and deliverables across the entire delivery organisation
- Participating in customer dialogues and improvement projects
- Acting as a speaking partner for both customers and internal teams on matters relating to technology, processes, functions and data flows
- Ensuring that our solutions are scalable, secure and compliant with regulatory requirements
- Evaluate new technologies and tools within AI, ML and automation
- Act as an internal evangelist and educate the organisation on the possibilities of automation and AI
The role involves extensive collaboration within SD Worx Sweden – particularly with our technical teams, our delivery teams and our implementation and support teams.
As this is a new role, the organisational placement will be determined in consultation with you.
**What do you have to offer?**
- At least 5–10 years’ solid experience of working with process automation, the digitalisation of payroll and HR processes, IT programming and the use of AI tools
- Systematically worked on quality improvements and process optimisation
- Experience of language models for AI
- Experience from consultancy, product development or similar roles
- Experience in areas such as Lean and Six Sigma
- Academic degree in IT or equivalent
- Confident and able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A very good understanding of HR and payroll processes, as well as experience of working in complex IT environments

- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Willing to travel for work when required
