Job Responsibilities

In the role of project manager at Software Point, you have overall responsibility for deliveries in customer projects. You work closely with both the customer and the team to plan, follow up and drive projects forward. The role requires both operational focus and strategic understanding, with responsibility for finances, communication and quality. Travel occurs in connection with customer projects.
Lead customer projects from start to finish with responsibility for planning and follow-up
Responsible for budget, resource planning, invoicing and time reporting
Manage customer dialogue, including negotiation and pricing
Manage escalations and escalate cases internally
Coordinate and support project teams with solution architects and developers
Contribute with structure, clarity and solution focus in customer dialogue and teamwork

Education, experience and personal qualities
Previous experience in project management, preferably from software implementation
Experience in leading projects in complex, regulated environments (e.g. healthcare)
Knowledge of project methodology (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent)
It would be advantageous if you have post-secondary education in Life Science, technology or IT, or a clinical background.
It would be an advantage if you have experience in laboratory operations or LIS systems.
Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written.

To succeed in the role, you are a confident and communicative person who can easily adapt to different types of customers and project environments. You have high problem-solving skills, are structured and used to prioritizing in a fast-paced everyday life. You thrive in a collaborative role where you have the opportunity to influence, engage and coach the team while taking clear ownership of the progress of the projects.
