**Project Manager – Medical Device**

📍 Stockholm, Sweden

I’m currently supporting an innovative, fast-growing MedTech start-up, operating at the forefront of wearable neuromodulation technology. They’re developing next-generation medical devices that combine hardware, embedded electronics, firmware and connected mobile/web applications and they’re now looking for a Project Manager to join the team.

This is a full lifecycle role - from early concept and prototyping through verification, validation, industrialisation and production ramp-up.

**What you’ll be doing:**

• Leading cross-functional product development projects end-to-end

• Coordinating hardware, firmware, UI/UX, labelling, packaging & production activities

• Supporting mechanical design & CAD reviews

• Driving industrialisation and manufacturing scale-up (injection moulding, automation, assembly lines)

• Working closely with R&D, quality, regulatory, clinical & supply chain teams

• Managing suppliers and external partners

• Ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 / FDA standards

**What they’re looking for:**

• 5+ years’ experience in project management within product development & industrialisation

• Background in medical devices or regulated industries

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes

• Experience managing full product lifecycle (concept → mass production)

• Engineering degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s)

• CAD knowledge (SolidWorks, Creo or similar) is advantageous
