**Job Description: Production Worker**

**Job Summary**

A **Production Worker** helps in the manufacturing process by operating machines, assembling products, and ensuring goods are produced efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

**Production Work**

Operate machines and production equipment

Assemble products or parts according to instructions

Follow production schedules and targets

**Quality Control**

Check products for defects or damage

Ensure products meet quality standards

Report any issues to supervisors

**Material Handling**

Load raw materials into machines

Move finished products to storage or packaging areas

Pack and label products

**Workplace Maintenance**

Keep the work area clean and organized

Follow safety rules and company procedures

Use protective equipment when required

**Problem Reporting**

Report machine problems or breakdowns

Assist in basic troubleshooting if trained

**Required Skills**

Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes

Ability to follow instructions

Attention to detail

Physical fitness and stamina

Teamwork and communication skills

**Qualifications**

High school education or equivalent

Previous factory or production experience (preferred but not always required)

Technical training is an advantage.
