**Product Standardization Engineer – Siemens Energy LGT**

**Main Areas Of Responsibilities**
- Translate Siemens Energy key account strategy into product and standardization roadmaps.
- Own, maintain and document the standard design platform for Siemens Energy large air intake systems to reduce engineering lead time, improve quality, and increase scalability across projects.
- Drive continuous product development, cost-out initiatives, and design optimization programs in cooperation with the customer and aligned with their requirements.
- Support project engineering teams by providing technical guidance and ensuring alignment with approved standard designs.
- Assist sales, application engineering, project engineering, and project management teams in customer technical discussions.
- Drive lessons learned from executed projects into future product and standard design improvements.
- Capture internal ideas, competitor activities, industry developments and trends to incorporate into the standard offering.
Authority & Control
- Responsible for ensuring product development and standardization activities meet customer requirements, applicable international standards, and Camfil quality systems.
- Responsible for coordinating and communicating with relevant functions during the development work.
- Responsible for delivering development projects and standardization initiatives according to agreed objectives and timelines.
- Authority to prioritize and plan activities within assigned development programs and standardization projects.
- Authority to recommend and implement technical improvements within approved product platforms.
**Requirements**
- BA/BS in Engineering or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, product development, or technical product management.
- Fluent in English - oral and written
- Strong understanding and experience of air intake systems, filtration principles, and rotating machinery requirements in the Power Generation or Oil & Gas industries.
- Strong drive and result orientation
- Strong communication and presentation skills; enjoy interacting with the customer.
- Team player, goal oriented with an optimistic outlook and attitude
