We are looking for an
**experienced Product Owner**
to hold two interconnected accountabilities at the heart of our AI transformation: leading the strategic direction of our “AI Hub”, and owning the delivery backlog of our “AI enablement” team.


This is not a coordination role. It is an ownership role where you read the organisation, decide where to place the Hub's effort, and ensure the AIrforce team is always working on the right things in the right order. You will sit at the centre of our AI governance structure, facilitating the AI Hub Core, representing the AI Hub in the company-wide AI Gov Committee, and translating strategies into concrete work.


**What You Will Own**
As “AI Hub Product Owner”, you hold the Hub's strategic backlog and make the ongoing call on priority and focus. You understand where resistance and readiness sit across the organisation and use that to steer. You translate the mandate from the AI Governance board into concrete work. You facilitate the Hub's governance and working sessions, and represent the Hub's work and perspective to Jeppesen ForeFlight's company-wide AI governance layer.


As the “AI enablement team's Product Owner”, you own the delivery backlog of our AI/ML team. You ensure the team is working aligned with Hub direction, that their blockers reach the right people, and that what they learn feeds back into the broader organisation.


**What We Are Looking For**

- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, ideally across both strategic and delivery contexts
- You can read where energy, resistance, and readiness sit, and use that to prioritize
- Experience driving change in technical or engineering-led organisations, ideally involving AI, data, or platform work
- Comfort operating in a governance and leadership context — you will attend senior forums, carry the Hub's voice upward, and hold your ground in rooms with decision-makers
- Enough technical grounding to engage meaningfully with AI/ML delivery without needing to manage the technical details
- Experience with agile frameworks in practice as a foundation for effective, adaptive work
- Facilitation skills
- Strong communicator who can tailor the message to the audience

**What You Are Stepping Into**
We are mid-transformation. The governance structure is in place, the teams exist, the mandate is real and the hard work of landing AI adoption across the organisation is underway. You will not be starting from scratch, but you will need to shape a role that spans strategy and delivery in an environment that is still finding its feet. That requires someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, confident in ownership, and energised by the fact that this is not a finished thing.
