**The Project**
As part of a project for one of our industrial clients, we are currently looking for a Procurement Process Coordinator to work in Sweden.
**Overview of the rôle**
Reporting to the Group Procurement Department, you will act as an operational liaison in Sweden, with the goal of aligning local practices with group standards:
- Serve as the spokesperson of the Group Procurement Department on site
- Deploy and enforce procurement policies defined with the team based in France
- Understand local practices and support their alignment with group processes
- Ensure communication between the Swedish teams and headquarters
- Establish and structure procurement processes
**Organization:**
An onboarding phase is planned in France for 3 to 4 weeks before starting the position in Sweden.
**Requirements**
- Background in procurement / purchasing.
- Experience in interim management.
- Experience as a Project Manager or in procurement process management.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English; French is a plus.
