Jobbeskrivning

****Join us in building the future of high-performance materials****
At
**Smart High Tech**
, we are solving one of the most critical challenges in modern electronics:
**thermal management**
.

As AI, data centres, and advanced electronics scale exponentially, heat becomes a limiting factor for performance, energy efficiency, and reliability. Our graphene-based materials are designed to overcome this.

We are now entering a
**decisive phase**
— transitioning from R&D to
**industrial-scale production and global commercialisation**
.

To support this journey, we are strengthening our Quality Support function with a
**Process Engineer – Quality Control**
who can take ownership of process stability, capability, and quality performance across our production.

****Your mission****
You will play a critical role in
**building robust, scalable, and data-driven manufacturing processes**
.

This is not a maintenance role — it is a
**build-and-scale role**
, where your work directly impacts:

- Product performance
- Customer qualification
- Production ramp-up
- Long-term industrial success

****What you will do****

- Develop and optimise quality procedures, standards, and control methods
- Drive implementation and ownership of SPC (Statistical Process Control) in production
- Perform and improve process capability (Cp/Cpk) across key processes
- Support APQP & PPAP activities for new product introduction
- Lead and contribute to PFMEA and Control Plan development
- Drive root cause analysis, CAPA, and scrap reduction initiatives
- Collaborate closely with Production, R&D, and international teams (Sweden & China)
- Support SOP readiness and ensure stable process performance at scale
- Act as a key player in continuous improvement and industrialisation efforts

****Who you are****
You combine
**engineering depth with execution capability**
.

- Degree in Materials, Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering
- 3–5 years’ experience in process or quality engineering
- Experience from materials manufacturing, electronics, or similar industries is highly valued
- Strong knowledge of:

- ISO 9001 / QMS
- SPC, FMEA, MSA
- Process capability (Cp/Cpk)

- Hands-on, analytical, and structured — you solve problems, not just report them
- Comfortable working in a fast-changing, high-growth environment
- Experience working in cross-cultural teams is a strong advantage
- Fluent in English (Swedish or Chinese is a plus)

****Why join Smart High Tech?****
This is a rare opportunity to join a company at the exact moment where:

- Technology moves from lab → industrial scale
- Processes go from prototype → global standard
- Quality becomes a competitive advantage

You will:

- Work at the intersection of deep tech, manufacturing, and global scale
- Be part of an international setup (Sweden & China)
- Have real ownership and impact, not just responsibility
- Contribute to technology that enables the future of AI, electronics, and sustainable performance

****What success looks like in this role****
Within 6–12 months, you have:

- Established robust process control frameworks
- Improved process capability and yield
- Reduced scrap and variability
- Contributed to successful customer qualification and SOP readiness

****Ready to be part of the journey?****
We are not just looking for experience.

We are looking for
**mindset, ownership, and drive**
.

Apply now and help us build the next generation of high-performance materials.
