**Your role in our team**
As Platform Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building and operating our platform services across cloud and hybrid environments. You will take ownership of critical areas such as identity, messaging and automation, ensuring that our platform is secure, scalable and reliable. You will act as a technical expert within the team, contributing to architectural decisions and driving best practices, while collaborating closely with architects, security teams and external partners.
**In This Role You Will Also**
- Own and drive the evolution of Microsoft Entra ID and identity services
- Design and optimize Exchange Online and email flow architecture
- Lead initiatives within email security, including mail gateways and protection platforms
- Work with Microsoft Defender suite to strengthen threat protection and security posture
- Drive automation at scale using PowerShell and modern tooling
- Define and improve cloud infrastructure patterns and best practices
- Strengthen monitoring, reliability, and operational excellence across the platform
- Act as a technical advisor in projects and decision-making forums
- Support and guide colleagues within the platform domain

**This Also Sounds Like You**
- Extensive experience in Microsoft Entra ID and identity services
- Strong expertise in Exchange Online and email flow management
- Proven experience with mail gateways and email security solutions
- Experience working with Microsoft Defender (e.g., Defender for Office 365, Identity, Endpoint)
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 platform and services
- Advanced PowerShell skills with a strong automation mindset
- Solid experience managing infrastructure in cloud environments (Azure preferred)
- Strong knowledge of monitoring, networking, and platform operations
- Experience contributing to architectural or design decisions in complex environments
- Familiarity with security and compliance requirements is a plus
- Fluent in English and Swedish
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, or equivalent experience
