to join our fast-paced team and support data-driven decision-making at the heart of our global product and operations.


As a
**Planning & Allocation Intern**
, you’ll support the day-to-day and strategic processes that ensure the right products reach the right channels, in the right quantities, at the right time. You’ll collaborate closely with our buying director, business controller, retail, e-commerce, and logistics teams to help optimize inventory flow, sales performance, and product availability across markets.


The role is based at CHIMI’s headquarters in central Stockholm, starting with four to six months internship with potential to further extend or permanent position.


What you will do:



- Support inventory allocation across retail stores and e-commerce
- Assist in sales performance analysis and stock level reporting across product categories
- Help prepare weekly and monthly reports on sell-through, replenishment needs, and seasonal trends
- Coordinate purchase order tracking and inbound delivery follow-ups with logistics and warehouse teams
- Assist in SKU planning and seasonal buy sheets for upcoming collections
- Managing NOOS products to optimize stock turnover and sales performance
- Support the team in preparing for product launches, reorders, and markdown strategies
- Work cross-functionally with product team, e-com, and retail to inform allocation decisions

Who you are:



- Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Economics, or related field
- Passionate about data, fashion, and how they work together
- Highly organized, with a sharp eye for detail and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Analytical mindset with interest in sales, operations, or demand planning
- Excellent communicator in English (Swedish is a plus)
- Eager to learn, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
