As a nurse in our health team, you will be the first contact with our customers in connection with telephone and health advice, guidance and booking of visits to healthcare providers and claims settlement based on the insurance terms. It will be your task as a nurse in the health team to ensure that the customer is triaged to the right level of care and to provide the customer with the same good service regardless of the extent of the injury or the severity of the illness. Not least, it is about uniting the best parts of the health and medical system, so that we ensure the best care journey for the individual.

Job duties:

Daily telephone contact with customers
Triage to the right level of care, which means that you will assist our customers with advice and navigation within healthcare, as well as coordinate treatment courses, within both public and private healthcare.
Claims settlement
Coordination with colleagues regarding complex matters
Participate actively in the professional development of the healthcare team
Your profile:

You are a trained nurse with at least 4 years of experience - preferably with experience from several special areas. Since you will need to navigate and help our customers, it is a requirement that you are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and also fluent in English. It is also important that you have experience from the Swedish healthcare system. You can quickly familiarize yourself with new IT systems and have the ability to navigate around them while creating a good dialogue with the customer over the phone.

As a person, you are accommodating and solution-oriented both towards customers, partners and colleagues. You are used to making qualified decisions independently and never compromise on quality - but ask when necessary. You are good at thinking about different possibilities, take responsibility for your tasks and work efficiently. You enjoy telephone customer contact and you appear empathetic, service-oriented and not least professional in your profession. You thrive in a hectic and changing environment, where fixed frameworks, goals and structure ensure that you have the right tools to perform your work in the best possible way, and at the same time develop yourself both professionally and personally.
