A globally recognized customer experience and digital solutions company is expanding its multilingual operations and looking for Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join an international team in Lisbon.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates seeking international experience, long-term career growth, and the chance to live in one of Europe's most vibrant and sunny cities while working in a multicultural environment.

- Language: Norwegian + English
- Location: Lisbon, Portugal / On-Site
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 08:00 – 17:00

**What We're Looking For**

- Fluent Norwegian and good English communication skills
- Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a dynamic international environment
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability

**What You'll Do**

- Support customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Provide accurate information using internal systems and support tools
- Collaborate with multicultural teams in a customer-focused environment

**Compensation & Benefits**

- 1,100€ gross salary x14 salaries + Bonus
- Welcome bonus, Meal allowance, Health insurance
- Relocation support for candidates with work authorization
