We are looking for a
**Narrative Architect / Narrative Strategist**
to join our fully remote team. This role is central to our mission, focusing on the rigorous analysis and strategic application of narrative insights to design frameworks, craft targeted interventions, and facilitate collaborative sessions that shape wiser futures. Ph.D. holders and candidates are strongly encouraged to apply!
You might be a good fit if you:
- Have demonstrable experience in qualitative research, applied narrative work, or story-based methodologies at a high conceptual level (for example, in social sciences, futures studies, psychology, anthropology, philosophy, or related fields)
- Are deeply curious about how stories shape behaviour, policy, systems, and our sense of the future — moving beyond surface-level content to address underlying grammars of change
- Feel at home working with language, metaphors, and meaning — and you enjoy going below the surface to investigate the deep grammar of cultural discourse
- Are comfortable working in a remote, collaborative, and intellectually rigorous experimental environment
- Are interested in how narratives intersect with AI, technology, and fundamental societal change.
