**What You'll Do**
**Partner Leadership;**
- Own strategic healthcare partnerships end-to-end
- Lead engagements from initial scoping through live operations
- Build trusted relationships with hospital executives, health system leaders, and government stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the deployment lifecycle
**Deployment & Operations;**
- Design and execute deployment strategies for AI-powered healthcare solutions
- Coordinate across engineering, clinical, operations, and product teams
- Ensure successful implementation and adoption within complex healthcare environments
- Solve operational challenges as they arise
**Playbook Development;**
- Build deployment frameworks and operational standards
- Establish best practices for future deployments
- Document repeatable processes and scalable operating models
- Shape how the company approaches enterprise partnerships
**Strategic Growth;**
- Support pipeline generation and commercial discussions
- Participate in partner discovery and solution design
- Help identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Contribute to overall company strategy and operational development
**Requirements**
- Experience deploying complex technology solutions within regulated industries
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous environments
- Clinical literacy and understanding of healthcare delivery systems
- Experience managing enterprise-level partnerships
- Strong operational execution capabilities
- Ability to work directly with senior healthcare executives
