We are looking for our next Merchandise Planning Manager Footwear. This role is responsible for planning our assortment and product mix in line with our business and company goals, driving new product introductions and balancing carry-overs and core assortments across channels.
All planning is insight-led, based on trend-informed market analyses, commercial data and filtered through our brand lens.
**What We Are Looking For**
You are insight-driven and commercially curious - someone who reads market signals with confidence and knows how to translate data into clear, actionable product direction.
**What You Will Do**
- Lead and manage assortment planning to maximize brand growth, profitability and curation
- Spot and incorporate emerging trends via market research, market visits, competition benchmarking, and consumer data, to brief Design on New Product Introductions
- Coordinate cross-functional GTM plans with Design, Buying, Marketing, and Commercial teams, ensuring new concepts align with brand positioning and trend directions
- Translate trend insights into seasonal range strategies, defining launch timing, pricing architecture (FOB, go-in margin, RRP), and channel allocation
- Manage the launch calendar of new products
- Build sell-in packages and storytelling briefs to activate launches, for in-line products as well as for limited drops and capsule collections
- Track performance against KPIs (sell-through, margin, inventory turn)on New Product Introductions and use post-launch data to refine future GTM cycles
ARE YOU THE ONE?
- Academic degree in Business, Merchandising, Fashion, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in forecasting, assortment planning, and inventory management within the footwear industry
- Proven ability to collaborate across Design, Production, Marketing, and Commercial teams
- At least two years within a brand
- Highly analytical and data-driven
- Strong eye for emerging trends within the footwear category
- Proactive, structured, and efficient
- Strong communicator and collaborator
- Detail-oriented with strong commercial awareness
